The V Foundation for Cancer Research, which directs 100% of direct donations to research, needed to provide recurring donors with comprehensive year‑end statements that itemized and totaled their annual contributions for tax and recordkeeping purposes. Its native Salesforce tools couldn’t produce the custom tables required, and a three‑person Donor Services team couldn’t create those personalized letters manually at scale.
The Foundation implemented Nintex Drawloop DocGen for Salesforce to auto‑populate Word/PDF templates with donor data, producing customized year‑end letters and other communications.
