A Nintex Case Study
Busy Bees Asia, the Singapore-based arm of the global Busy Bees Group that supports more than 2,000 staff across 80+ early education locations, faced an inefficient, largely manual IT provisioning process that couldn’t scale with regional growth. Their legacy InfoPath setup and manual center-level tasks caused delays, inconsistent implementations and administrative errors, prompting the need for a standardized, automated solution.
Working with SRKK Consulting, Busy Bees implemented Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms to automate end-to-end provisioning, approvals, account creation and license assignment across all locations. The solution was built in three months, eliminated human errors, improved visibility and communications, sped approvals to around three business days, ensured new hires have day-one access, and created a repeatable process used for role changes and departures — with plans to expand automation using Nintex RPA.
