Apex Energies digitizes and continuously optimizes processes with Nintex

Apex Energies, a French solar-power pioneer managing over 500 sites and targeting 1 GWp by 2025, needed a collaborative, scalable way to map, document, share and continuously improve processes. Existing free tools were slow, hard to update and didn’t support company-wide collaboration, so the QHSE team sought a user-friendly solution to support rapid growth and clearer roles and responsibilities.

In early 2022 the company rolled out Nintex Process Manager, which now models and optimizes more than 300 processes (around 280 published or in progress), enables continuous improvement, and centralizes documentation. The platform has reduced time spent documenting processes, improved accuracy, unlocked IT-driven custom applications and automation opportunities, fostered cross-department collaboration, and sped up onboarding; Apex Energies is now planning Risk & Compliance and further automation add-ons.
