A Nintex Case Study
ANZ Bank Indonesia faced growing transaction volumes that overwhelmed manual, paper- and email-based loan and branch processes, creating inefficiencies, lost documents and governance/compliance risks. The bank needed a scalable, standardized workflow that would improve transparency, collaboration and regulatory verification across retail and institutional operations.
Working with partner Ebiz Cipta Solusi, ANZ implemented the Nintex Platform on its existing SharePoint and SQL Server infrastructure, using Advanced Workflow and Modern Forms to automate authentication, approvals and compliance routing. The solution boosted loan application throughput by 30% (from 12,000 to 16,250 transactions/month), increased productivity 10–15%, improved governance and scalability, and was rolled out across all branches.
