ACC New Zealand establishes single source of truth with Nintex Promapp®

Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) is New Zealand’s Crown agency providing injury prevention and personal injury insurance to about 4.8 million people. A 2016 staff survey revealed fragmented and hard-to-find process information across the organisation, creating inconsistent ways of working and limiting continuous improvement for the 3,500 staff who handle more than two million claims annually.

ACC deployed Nintex Promapp in a phased rollout to create a governed, easy-to-use single source of truth for process documentation. The platform now hosts more than 1,230 content pages (processes, policies and services), enables staff ownership and quick updates, reduces time spent hunting for documents, and delivers more consistent decision making and improved service outcomes.
