Toyota Financial Services (TFS), the finance arm of Toyota Motor Corporation (including Toyota Finance Australia & New Zealand), had long embraced the Toyota Way and Kaizen but struggled with how it managed documented processes. Processes and policies were stored as lengthy Word documents that were hard to understand and slow to update, leaving TFS without an effective way to manage ongoing improvements and change.
