ClearView is an ASX‑listed Australian financial services firm (managing about $6.9 billion in funds and $148 million in life insurance) with branches across NSW, QLD, VIC and WA. As the business grew, many process documents and training materials became outdated or inconsistent, and a mix of long‑term and newer staff led to different ways of working, causing inefficiencies and reduced productivity.

ClearView implemented Nintex Promapp (planned and rolled out in five months) using workshops, process experts and a “buddy” testing approach. The solution simplified and standardized process documentation, provided cloud access on any device, introduced visual process maps and an 80/20 “do simply” mindset, and added linked forms and owner alerts for complaints, incidents and claims—resulting in better quality, consistency, and ongoing continuous improvement.
