Equilibrium Financial Planning is a UK wealth-management firm with nearly 25 years’ experience and more than 1,200 managed accounts, known for personalized, transparent service. As the business grew to a team of advisors and a large support staff, inconsistent, undocumented ways of working created a risk of uneven client experiences, costly mistakes and potential regulatory breaches—particularly around client onboarding and new-lead management.

Equilibrium implemented Nintex Promapp to standardize, map and publish critical processes using visual and outline formats that staff could easily adopt and contribute to. The rollout delivered quick wins—nearly 300 processes mapped, 200+ published and over 11,000 process views—resulting in more consistent client onboarding, faster response times, greater visibility and control, and wider organizational buy-in with plans to expand Nintex across more processes.
