Mildura Rural City Council, which serves about 51,000 people across north‑west Victoria, faced fragmented process documentation stored in Visio and Word with no consistent, organization‑wide approach. This scattered knowledge made it difficult to maintain processes, support succession planning and realize the full value of existing process work.

MRCC rolled out Promapp progressively, department by department, to create a single, consistently formatted repository for processes and related documents. The phased implementation and strong vendor support drove staff engagement, made processes easy to access and update, improved succession planning and delivered a clear, organization‑wide platform for ongoing process improvement.
