Managing process variations across global offices

SAI Global, a provider of risk, compliance and business improvement services with offices worldwide and more than 1,000 staff, faced significant process variation across countries and technology platforms. With a decentralized structure and differing local practices, the organization needed a single global process management system to standardize ways of working and improve accountability.

SAI Global implemented the cloud-based Nintex Promapp in a phased rollout across Australia, the UK, Canada, the US and Mexico (with further rollouts planned), giving around 650 users access to roughly 260 mapped processes. The solution delivered consistent, streamlined processes, returned ownership to business groups, improved collaboration and control of process variation, and is reducing induction and training time by making role responsibilities and procedures easy to find and follow.
