Case Study: La Trobe University achieves three ISO certifications with Nintex Process Manager

La Trobe University’s Infrastructure and Operations Division achieved three ISO certifications simultaneously with Nintex Promapp®’s help

La Trobe University’s Infrastructure and Operations Division — part of a multi‑campus public research university with over 39,000 students — needed to achieve three ISO standards at once (quality ISO 9001 plus environmental sustainability and safety). The certification effort required extensive, auditable process documentation, inputs/outputs and KPIs, and was complicated by many subject matter experts and staff unfamiliar with process mapping.

The division implemented Nintex Promapp to map, document and manage processes using built‑in ISO functions, a map view for gap‑spotting, feedback tools and a lightweight “mini” mode for contractors.
