Greenline Standardized Processes Drive Quality and Consistency

Greenline, a Wagga Wagga–based commercial shade sail manufacturer and installer with more than 20 years’ experience, needed to secure triple ISO accreditation (environmental, quality and occupational health and safety) to meet stringent requirements for government and large retail contracts. Although their operations already met the standards, their existing process management—bulky procedure documents, multiple versions across business units and a clunky system—was not audit-ready.

Greenline implemented Promapp, having staff document processes in real time and convert them into visual, single-source process maps, plus using improvement tools and notifications to investigate and fix issues. The new approach created transparency and ownership, eliminated duplications, standardized processes across the business and enabled Greenline to pass the external audit and gain triple ISO certification, improving tender competitiveness and readiness for future standards.
