LINZ implemented Promapp to map and publish those guidelines online, making procedures easy to understand and update in real time. The web‑based approach simplified communication with providers, removed the need to reissue documents when templates or processes changed, and improved risk management by ensuring everyone operated to a single, up‑to‑date standard.
