Community Colleges ensures consistency with Nintex Process Manager

Community Colleges NZ is a charitable training provider delivering education and skills to New Zealand youth. After a 2012 NZQA external evaluation and review (EER) rated them as category 2 (‘confident’), leadership realised their paper-based quality system couldn’t reliably demonstrate continuous improvement without diverting managers from student-facing work.

They replaced the paper QMS with Promapp’s cloud BPM (including risk and improvement add-ons) to centralize processes, standardize practice across sites, and give staff easy access to policies and forms. The result was higher staff engagement, simpler audits and cross-organization process sharing — and in their next EER they achieved category 1 (‘highly confident’), with clearer evidence of ongoing improvement.
