Auswide Bank, a Queensland-based financial institution headquartered in Bundaberg with about 250 staff, $3B in assets and 85,000 customers, launched its “Road to Right” initiative to ensure it delivers the right customer outcomes first time, every time. To achieve that goal the bank needed an easy-to-use process management solution and no-code tools for automation and digital forms to better understand and improve customer-facing processes.
