Apex Energies, a French solar-power company managing over 500 sites and targeting 1 GWp by 2025, needed a collaborative, scalable way to map, document and continuously improve processes amid rapid growth. Their previous free modeling tools were slow, siloed, and didn’t support in-house sharing, document linking, or collaborative updates, limiting the company’s continuous improvement efforts.

In early 2022 Apex deployed Nintex Process Manager to model and continuously optimize more than 300 processes (about 280 published or started in the past year), enabling accurate, company-wide documentation, faster onboarding and cross-department collaboration. The platform also helps IT identify automation opportunities and build custom applications, saves time on process work, and supports Apex’s move toward automated, compliant operations.
