Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia (ADICA) is a general insurer of about 100 staff that, after localising its underwriting operations and placing branch activities into run-off, needed a way to strengthen risk management, meet APRA and other regulatory obligations, retain process knowledge and simplify training for a growing workforce.
