XETICS, a Stuttgart-based maker of the cloud-based MES XETICS LEAN, needed a versatile, low-cost way to map the full process chain from offers to production and delivery and to eliminate time-consuming, error-prone workflows held in Excel or legacy tools. Because both XETICS LEAN and Ninox use REST interfaces, XETICS partnered with Ninox to connect production control to upstream sales, invoicing and CRM processes.

Ninox implemented a low-code ERP/CRM layer that automatically exchanges data with XETICS LEAN: Ninox forwards administrative data to production and receives real-time production results for further processing. This integration delivered greater transparency, huge time savings and a significant reduction in errors — achieving around 50% improved efficiency — with always up-to-date, accessible data.
