SuperSource - Customer Case Study

SuperSource, a Washington, DC–based manufacturer and distributor of cleaning products and equipment for the hospitality industry led by founder Kevin Deely, faced fragmentation from multiple stand‑alone systems and Google Sheets that made inventory, CRM and accounting workflows slow and error‑prone. Looking for a fully integrated, scalable and customizable platform, SuperSource selected the Ninox platform (with implementation support from Nioxus) to replace its disparate tools and streamline operations.

Using Nioxus to build a custom Ninox solution, SuperSource implemented task management, inventory, maintenance records, account management and CRM accessible to every employee. The Ninox deployment reduced inefficient communication and improved data access and decision‑making, with Kevin Deely estimating roughly a 30% savings in team resources; Phase 1 rolled out in Q4 2020 and Phase 2 is being launched to enhance inventory and maintenance workflows.
