Singhammer Bodensysteme, a family-run craft business in the Rosenheim district with 75 employees, €12 million in annual sales and about 1,000 construction projects per year, faced high administrative effort, fragmented data storage and many disparate software tools. To digitize processes from measurement and quotation through scheduling, time recording and invoicing, Singhammer turned to Ninox to build a tailored ERP solution on its low-code platform.
Ninox implemented a customized system that centralizes project data in a digital construction file and covers sales, offer calculation, quantity determination, project management, employee scheduling (mobile app), purchasing, invoicing and DATEV/GAEB interfaces. The Ninox solution improved data quality, enabled remote work, reduced training needs by involving staff in development, and delivered measurable impact—about a 15% efficiency gain and 100% transparency across the value chain.
