Pet Revolution, an ecommerce retailer of pet products selling through Shopify and Etsy, was bogged down by manual spreadsheet-based order tickets that were deleted after use, creating time-consuming admin work and no historical data. To solve this, Pet Revolution turned to Ninox and its cloud-based application platform to replace spreadsheets with a structured order-management system.
Ninox delivered a single, centralised solution integrating Shopify, Etsy and Shiptation so orders, inventory and delivery status are managed in one place, with custom views, automated shipping labels and inventory adjustments, ticket-generation buttons and supplier/product management. The Ninox system cut admin from over five hours a day to two (saving at least 110 hours per month), reduced errors, automated the customer database and ticketing, and made metrics available for smarter decision-making.
