Prefab House Manufacturer Relies on Low-code

KAMPA, one of Europe’s largest prefab house manufacturers with more than 500 employees and hundreds of houses built annually, faced project management that had outgrown Excel: decentralized data, complex entry, limited automation and frequently outdated or incomplete information as order volumes grew. To replace Excel they turned to Ninox, adopting the vendor’s low-code database (Ninox Cloud) to centralize and streamline project data across locations.

Using Ninox, KAMPA developed an in-house central project database covering all processes from contract receipt to handover—including scheduling, personnel and material dispositions, and status/problem updates—with about 200 users currently on the system. The Ninox solution delivered more reliable, timely data, faster problem resolution, easier onboarding and better management reporting, and KAMPA expects a 30%+ increase in project management efficiency.
