Mulanje Mission Hospital (MMH) provides outpatient, inpatient and HIV/AIDS services to about 80,000 people across 72 villages. The hospital relied on a cumbersome paper-based patient registration system that made retrieving records slow and required staff to spend two weeks each quarter compiling statistics for 37 KPIs. To modernize records and improve reporting, MMH engaged Ninox to deploy an Electronic Health Records solution using the Ninox SaaS platform.

Ninox configured its cloud-based SaaS (used by four staff on iPads with offline capability) for KPIs tracking, report generation and medicine management.
