Oceans Real Estate Management (ORE-M), a full‑service property manager in Mannheim, faced fragmented, inflexible tools for day‑to‑day tasks like service charge statements, rent collection and tradesman orders, relying on Office documents, email and various web tools. After hearing about Ninox, ORE-M adopted Ninox’s cloud‑based collaborative platform to replace these isolated solutions and tailor workflows to their specific processes.
Using Ninox, ORE-M built custom, linked data forms that evolved into a project‑management system with ticket‑based tradesman orders, appointment management, project time tracking, automated quotations/invoices and meeting invites/minutes — all sent directly from the app. Ninox centralized data across three companies (25 employees, ~700 units), significantly reduced individual emails and phone calls, saved time, improved data reliability and sped decision‑making; the success even prompted clients to request bespoke solutions and led to a dedicated Ninox developer role at ORE-M.
