VCvF.legal, a Düsseldorf commercial law firm of nine lawyers working in seven languages, wanted to avoid the constraints of complex industry software and adopt a lean, easy-to-use office management system. Through personal contacts they chose Ninox to build an individual, low-code solution to quickly create clients and files, record time and expenses, and generate fee invoices without lengthy menus or heavy training.

Working with Ninox (and implementation partner q23), VCvF.legal implemented an icon-based, context-oriented Ninox system with automatic conflict and Money Laundering Act (GWG) checks, dashboard- and file-level time/expense entry, a traffic‑light status display, and one‑click fee note generation. After just over two months of development the Ninox solution is used daily by the firm’s nine lawyers (10 users), speeding workflows, reducing training needs, simplifying invoicing and significantly lowering error rates.
