Ibility, a European research and development partner founded in 2000, needed an agile, easy-to-use tool to support action research across two Swedish offices and partners throughout Europe after their previous database Bento was discontinued. They chose Ninox, using the Ninox platform as an on-site solution to replace Bento and become the core of their delivery and development work.

Ninox delivered a seamless migration (including a tool to transfer data) and provided capabilities for data management, process management, and data import. The Ninox solution lets Ibility implement, test, and evaluate ideas within the same workday, has become integral to their services, and supports four solutions across two offices—keeping their workflows flexible and rapidly adaptable to partner requirements.
