The Hamburg Hockey Association (HHV) wanted a more efficient way to track and develop young talent across its selection pipeline. Previously, coaches relied on paper forms, Excel spreadsheets, and inflexible existing databases, creating heavy manual effort and making performance evaluations difficult. To address this, HHV worked with **Ninox** to build a custom athlete management solution.

Using **Ninox**, HHV created a centralized athlete database for around 400 players, with mobile data collection on iPads, master data management, and statistical evaluation of training and test results. The system replaced 339 Excel spreadsheets and now handles about 12,800 values per year, giving coaches instant access to up-to-date performance data and making it easier to track development, form groups, and support athlete conversations.
