Dogscan GmbH, a German healthcare startup focused on early lung cancer detection using specially trained dogs, needed a way to build its core business processes from scratch. With no existing software or established workflows, the company wanted a highly flexible, mobile-friendly, and affordable solution that would let the team create and adapt processes themselves without relying on external developers. To meet this challenge, Dogscan chose Ninox.
Using Ninox’s low-code platform, Dogscan built a custom ERP system to manage customer data, recruiting, dog training records, and HR tasks in one central place. Ninox automated barcode-based data capture, PDF result generation, email delivery, and training documentation, cutting sample data entry time from 2–3 hours to about 5 minutes and reducing training diary work from 30–45 minutes per session. Ninox also enabled 100% digital, GDPR-compliant HR time tracking and helped eliminate media breaks, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
