Using Ninox’s low-code platform and a CRM template, chocolate³ built a custom solution for contact, inquiry, and order management. The system maps the full workflow from first contact to delivery, includes dynamic forms and a Kanban view for production steps, and also manages events and applicants. With Ninox, the team can adapt the system in-house without external developers, and the business now supports around 300 customers with 3D printers and a faster, more flexible process.
