chocolate³, a confectionery business producing edible giveaways and decorative items from 3D-printed chocolate, needed a better way to manage contacts and inquiries as orders grew. Its existing CRM tool did not fit the company’s workflow for handling company logos, slogans, custom chocolate gifts, and event orders. chocolate³ turned to Ninox, which the founder had already used for recipe management.

Using Ninox’s low-code platform and a CRM template, chocolate³ built a custom solution for contact, inquiry, and order management. The system maps the full workflow from first contact to delivery, includes dynamic forms and a Kanban view for production steps, and also manages events and applicants. With Ninox, the team can adapt the system in-house without external developers, and the business now supports around 300 customers with 3D printers and a faster, more flexible process.
