Standard Excel-based tools could not handle the wide range of workflows for business stationery, personalized mailings, labels, calendars, and telephone directories, so the company turned to Ninox for a more flexible solution.

With Ninox Cloud, Bechtel Druck built multiple tailored applications for order management, digitalization, and subscriber management, integrating Ninox via API with Enfocus Switch and connecting to SAP and XML data sources where needed. Ninox enabled the company to streamline order acceptance, processing, and post-production services, while giving internal teams the ability to adapt the system quickly as requirements changed. The case study notes that Bechtel uses around 60 licenses, but does not provide specific numeric productivity gains.
