A Ninox Case Study
OFFICE IMPART, a Berlin-based gallery founded by Johanna Neuschäffer and Anne Schwanz, needed a lean, flexible way to manage artists, clients and projects that wasn’t tied to costly, inflexible art‑trade software or continual external development. To keep their workflows mobile, collaborative and fully customizable from day one, the two founders built their own system with Ninox.
Using Ninox as the base, OFFICE IMPART implemented a collaborative customer database that grew into a full CRM with automated newsletter management, a digital catalogue raisonné, exhibition management, artist accounts, invoicing and email dispatch directly from the platform. The Ninox solution centralizes data and links artists, works and buyers, enables instant adaptation without outside developers, speeds up invoice creation and lets the gallery send exposés as PDF directly — delivering clear efficiency gains and a system that scales with the business.
