NinjaOne Enables a Zero-Trust Environment for AspireHR

AspireHR, a Dallas-based consulting firm with about 120 endpoints, faced difficulty managing a highly distributed workforce and meeting strict client security and compliance requirements. Traditional on‑premises tools and MDM solutions like Intune didn’t provide the visibility or control needed, so consultants were often given local admin rights while offsite—creating security risk. To solve this, AspireHR selected NinjaOne’s Endpoint Management.

NinjaOne agents were deployed to every endpoint, giving AspireHR centralized patch automation, anti‑malware, scripting and software deployment in a single pane of glass. AspireHR removed users from the local admin group, implemented a rotating local admin account (passwords reset within 12 hours), shifted installs and patches to automation, and used NinjaOne’s auditable reporting to prove client compliance. As shown in NinjaOne’s dashboard, patch installation and compliance metrics improved (99.64% patches installed and 91.61% patching compliance), reducing administrative burden and enabling a move to a zero‑trust environment.
