Inventise, an Ireland-based MSP with a 30-person team and roughly 2,000 endpoints, faced growing challenges as it expanded: device tracking and monitoring were cumbersome, routine maintenance consumed hours, and customer issues were handled via a shared inbox that made tracking and SLAs difficult. NinjaOne provided a single pane of glass—replacing four legacy tools—by automating scripts, patch management, rollbacks (resolving issues like broken printer drivers after Windows updates), and integrating ticketing with alerts; Bitdefender and Threatlocker are deployed automatically and asset/reporting features helped fulfill 15 ISO27001 controls. The result: technician bandwidth and overall efficiency rose by about 30% (Inventise estimates they avoided hiring two additional FTEs), faster incident resolution, and stronger compliance and monitoring thanks to NinjaOne.
