Fos.net Migrates 4,000 Endpoints to NinjaOne in Less Than 2 Weeks

FOS.net, a UK-based MSP, was struggling with an underperforming RMM supplier that produced frequent breakages, poor account support, and noisy alerts that overwhelmed their team. Facing a minimum-spend contract and limited customization, FOS.net sought a more reliable remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution and evaluated NinjaOne to replace their previous platform.

NinjaOne deployed its RMM platform with targeted onboarding, a simple training guide, custom monitoring scripts, and an agent rollout that used the old system to seed devices and then removed legacy agents. The switch enabled FOS.net to migrate 4,000 endpoints in under two weeks (largely done by one person), reduced overnight alerts from hundreds to the low double digits, increased technician productivity to roughly 250 endpoints per technician, and delivered faster support (noted as 7x faster), resulting in quicker fixes, less customer disruption, and a leaner, more efficient operation with NinjaOne.
