Business Cloud, a Canada-based MSP, needed a more efficient way to deliver concierge-level support as it grew. As a result, Business Cloud tripled its managed endpoints (from ~250 to over 1,000), improved technician efficiency, and achieved strong patching outcomes (example dashboard figures include 99.64% patches installed and 91.61% patch compliance), enabling faster support and scaled growth thanks to NinjaOne.
