Nelson’s, a family of wellness brands including RESCUE Remedy®, Bach™ Original Flower Remedies, Spatone®, and Teetha®, needed a better way to centralize and standardize global marketing reporting across markets like Germany, Japan, Australia, the U.K., and the U.S. Their reporting was fragmented, heavily manual, and difficult to combine across agencies and channels. Nelson’s turned to NinjaCat, the reporting and data management platform it had already used for its U.S. team, to support global reporting needs.
NinjaCat implemented reporting templates, unified dashboards, and custom data integrations via API to bring disparate datasets into one consistent view. With NinjaCat, Nelson’s reduced manual data wrangling, reset agency expectations, standardized presentations, and gained faster strategic insights across the organization. The result was improved visibility, stronger data integrity, and a shift from compiling reports to acting on insights more quickly.
