MomStrong International, founded by Heidi St. John, needed a way to bring together and support mothers who want to raise children with a Biblical worldview and to monetize a built-up audience from books, coaching and podcasts (about 3,000 downloads per episode). With limited time and no team to build a site from scratch, Heidi chose NING’s community and e-commerce platform for its simple interface and built-in community features.

Using NING, Heidi launched MomStrong International with forums, paywalls and closed groups for paid video content, a clean design she could manage with a small staff, and member features that drive engagement (like the Scripture Writing Challenge). The NING-powered site now serves thousands of mothers, enables paid memberships and premium content sales, boosts daily engagement and provides measurable reach and sustainable monetization while leaving room to add member rankings and donations for future growth.
