Metrospec, a Montreal-based commercial cleaning company and ISO 9001 certificate holder, needed a better way to run frequent internal audits across multiple locations. Without a formal tool, notifying staff about non-conformances and corrective actions via email was messy and unreliable, and maintaining accurate, centralized audit records was difficult.

Metrospec selected Nimonik’s mobile auditing app for its ability to take photos, schedule and assign corrective actions, and store audits centrally. Controller Sandy Suissa adopted the system quickly; although ongoing staff training was needed due to high turnover, the team has used Nimonik since 2015 and reports significantly reduced audit time and improved operational efficiency.
