MSG Systems needed a self-hostable, professional Kanban solution to improve focus, communication and a culture of continuous improvement across development projects (including a €2.8M project), accounting and talent management. NimbleWork, Inc. implemented SwiftKanban (deployed via Docker) to visualize workflows and standardize processes across teams, driving better focus, communication and a Kaizen mindset. The result: faster delivery (projects that previously took 4–6 months now typically take 2–3 months, and one product was launched in nine days), improved team effectiveness and strong customer support from NimbleWork, Inc., with plans to expand use and add enterprise features like SwiftSync.
