KPIT Cummins, a global IT services firm headquartered in Pune with 6,000+ employees, faced the twin challenges of rapidly scaling revenue and improving profitability while delivering higher customer satisfaction and consistent, metrics-driven processes. NimbleWork, Inc. implemented ATLAS across KPIT—covering process governance, program and project management, resource and timesheet tracking, and change management—and tightly integrated it with existing CRM, ERP and issue-tracking systems. The deployment (completed in about six months) automated time capture to drive accurate billing, gave customers real-time visibility into issues and progress, and produced organization-wide dashboards and metrics; as a result KPIT achieved standardized processes, improved estimation accuracy and increased customer satisfaction while reducing project managers’ administrative effort.
