The result: greater visibility of work and bottlenecks, higher productivity and card throughput, and closer collaboration with more multi‑skilled teams. While Alchemetrics had no detailed baseline metrics to quantify changes, they report clear improvements in throughput and workflow tracking and recommend SwiftKanban for its configurability, analytics, ease of use and pricing.
