The American Ceramic Society expands member engagement using Nimble Communities

The American Ceramic Society (ACerS), a global professional society with 11,000+ members in more than 70 countries, needed a modern online space for members to network, share ideas and communicate—especially after a small division requested a dedicated forum and in-person meetings became limited during the COVID-19 pandemic. Already using Nimble AMS since 2018, ACerS sought an integrated alternative to standalone community platforms.

ACerS piloted Nimble Communities, an AMS-integrated solution built on the Salesforce Community Cloud, enabling members to connect easily and staff to join conversations for deeper insights into member needs. The community exceeded participation goals, provided a convenient hub for networking, and will be expanded with more content to become the go-to resource for industry information and engagement.
