Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA) is a nonprofit serving the home services industry—providing in-person training, webinars and a library of learning content—and representing over 1,350 companies and 5,000+ members across the US and Canada. After the pandemic and staff turnover, EGIA was hampered by multiple disparate systems that made everyday tasks like managing member accounts manual, inefficient, and hard to scale, so the organization sought a single, easy-to-use association management system.

EGIA adopted Nimble AMS—using its member portal, roles, reports, dashboards and Community Hub—because of automatic updates and responsive support, and reinvested in staff training to maximize the platform. Consolidating into one system reduced redundancies, simplified processes, empowered staff to do more with less, and helped EGIA grow membership (from about 800 to 1,350 companies) while improving both staff and member experiences.
