Missouri State Teachers Association (MSTA), a professional association serving more than 44,000 educators, was hindered by an inflexible, fragmented AMS that created a poor online member experience, forced staff to maintain “rogue” databases, required costly upgrades and break/fix IT work, and left field reps without mobile access to member information.

MSTA implemented Nimble AMS on the Salesforce platform to create a single source of truth, decentralize data access, and add member self-service. The change eliminated separate databases, improved online joining/renewal and profile updates, gave staff and field reps reliable mobile access, and freed IT to focus on strategic work while delivering a better experience for members and staff.
