IHG Owners Association represents owners and operators of more than 3,400 hotels across 56 countries, bringing members together under the “Better Together” mission. The Association struggled with an outdated custom database and a mix of non-integrated third-party tools and rogue spreadsheets, which made routine tasks and integrations manual, costly and error-prone — including an annual “flip over” that required paid consultant work to update billing and defer revenue entries.
Implementing Nimble AMS gave the Owners Association an enterprise-wide, integrated system that centralized membership, events and committee data, eliminated rogue sources, and streamlined communications and web integrations. The solution enabled real-time record updates with IHG feeds, easy querying and device access, reduced manual work, improved staff efficiency and organizational effectiveness, and can be extended via the Salesforce AppExchange.
