The International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR) is a nonprofit of nearly 9,000 researchers, clinicians and students dedicated to advancing dental science worldwide. IADR’s legacy AMS limited how staff could present data—failing to provide both high‑level executive views and granular operational detail—and didn’t support native event registration, forcing the organization to rely on third‑party tools.

IADR implemented Nimble AMS (built on Salesforce) and Nimble Create to gain an intuitive interface, real‑time reporting and dynamic dashboards that make progress toward goals visible to all stakeholders. The platform also enabled streamlined self‑service event registration via Salesforce Flow, improving staff efficiency and the member experience and earning positive member feedback as IADR advances its organizational and research goals.
