Klubmodul, Denmark’s leading sport club management platform, needed a scalable way to onboard new users as it launched its localized service in Germany. Using Nickelled’s point-and-click walkthroughs, Klubmodul created step-by-step guides that could span multiple pages and be built without adding code to the website. The result was faster onboarding, higher activation, and less reliance on support, with one agent now able to handle 600 clubs compared with 300 just two years earlier.
