International Retailer, an apparel and garment retailer operating in more than 70 markets worldwide, struggled with an agile pricing and ticketing process. Its outsourced supply chain made it difficult to catch ticket errors quickly, and moving garments between markets required replacing price tags through external printing suppliers, taking 4 to 6 weeks and often leaving products out of season. NiceLabel’s cloud-based label management solution, NiceLabel LMS Cloud, was introduced to improve speed and accuracy.

NiceLabel implemented a centralized, cloud-based web printing solution for the retailer’s distribution centers, with browser-based access, no admin rights required, and print preview for each job. This enabled on-demand ticket printing with updated pricing information, cutting processing time from 4–6 weeks to 1 week, standardizing tag printing, and supporting rollout across 50+ distribution centers. The retailer has already achieved $48 million in additional annual profits and expects to print nearly 60 million tags per month once deployment is complete.
