Miller’s Tree Service, a full-service tree care company serving the greater Tallahassee and Big Bend areas, needed a better way to keep up with customer reviews as the business grew. Manual review requests weren’t scalable, and they wanted a system that could automatically ask customers for feedback after each completed job while fitting into their existing workflow.
NiceJob solved this with an automated 4-step review campaign using email and SMS reminders, connected through QuickBooks so requests were sent automatically after jobs were completed. As a result, Miller’s Tree Service grew from 151 to 1,042 Google reviews, a 690% increase, with about half of all reviews driven by NiceJob’s follow-up reminders and a 4.9-star rating overall.
