This solution led to significant engagement, with hundreds of staff participating in specific challenges. Measurable outcomes included over half of participants in a healthy eating challenge losing weight and a majority reporting increased energy and long-term lifestyle changes, contributing to an improved staff wellbeing score in the NHS Staff Survey.
